The Role:
A great chance to guide, influence and progress this companies brand through strong facilities management. You'll be responsible for a significant property portfolio, with over 100 sites nationally. Team management, understanding of ROI's, TCO's, commercial astuteness, asset management and contracts management make this an opportunity where your previous retail skills will come to the fore.
You:
Essential to this role is a minimum of 5 years Facilities Management experience, with considerably more time served working in the facilities arena. A degree level education is desirable but equivalent experience will be seriously considered.
Your typical previous Facilities duties would have covered, but not exclusively limited to the following: Property management, tender & contracts creation and negotiation, asset management, including creation of asset databases from scratch, asset replacement programming, budget management and sub contractor appointment, as well as post contract sign off.
