Essential to this role is a minimum of 5 years Facilities Management experience, with considerably more time served working in the facilities arena. A degree level education is desirable but equivalent experience will be seriously considered.
Your typical previous Facilities duties would have covered, but not exclusively limited to the following: Property management, tender & contracts creation and negotiation, asset management, including creation of asset databases from scratch, asset replacement programming, budget management and sub contractor appointment, as well as post contract sign off.
