The Firm:
This jewel of a practice has a couple of offices around New Zealand from which they have delivered some superb, elegant, quality projects.  Ranging from high-end homes which set the standard for design in locations around New Zealand, to multi-storey award-winning inner-city buildings.
 
Having broken ground in Christchurch, the flow of good work coming in has meant that they can no longer manage the work from the other offices and need a special person to be the face of the newly opened office.
 
In this well-supported role, you will however, be the first full-time person in the Christchurch.  If you look at as an opportunity with an great upside, then we should talk.
 
As mentioned before, there is plenty of work already in, so "business development" is not the core focus, but establishing the practice as a formidable player in the this city will be
 
The Role:
The person in this role will be the first point of contact initially, handling enquiries, meeting clients, establishing working relationships, providing design concepts etc.
 
As the office expands, you will be pivotal in the identification of the "right people" needed to make this happen, targeting the best projects and building collaborating networks.
 
Fundamental to this position is:
