Our client is the consultancy of choice who have been leading the rebuild in Christchurch. Still in expansion, they are looking to add a high calibre, intermediate project manager to their team.
 
Projects will focus around, but not exclusively limited to, the new city CBD, both public and private sector.
 
Crucial to the role is the ability to use your technical experience to manage all stake holders, financial interests, time and quality across multi-faceted sites. There will be collaboration with other parties  architects, planners, compliance bodies as well as sub-contractors and suppliers.
 
You:
 
Ideally from a technical background, you will be a robust Intermediate Project manager. You will have at least 5 years' experience in delivering quality projects, developing processes and frameworks, across multiple projects at any one time, as well as having an eye on your personal and professional development.
 
You love a challenge and have a proven track record with a commercial edge, a desire for strategic business development and you are someone who is not afraid to push your boundaries. 
 
You will be an exceptional communicator, able to direct and take direction clearly at a strategic, delivery and practical level and someone who is not afraid to jump in and lead by example, using your industry gained experience when required.
 
New Zealand experience would give you a distinct advantage in this role but relevant experience, in a similar working environment would also be considered.
