As the longest standing specialist Architectural Recruiter in Christchurch I have over 20 clients looking for good Architectural Technicians and Technologists.  I have a huge range of roles, Intermediate to Senior, Residential to Urban Design.
 
Three of these roles have similarities in that they are all ArchiCAD based, work mainly in the commercial sector and are expanding in Christchurch to cater for the growth in new build work in and around the CBD.
 
So, if you are an experienced ArchiCAD Technician looking to become involved in what is quickly becoming the most dynamic design projects this side of the equator, then consider these.
 
We require:

• An in-depth knowledge of New Zealand or similar building codes
• Advanced ArchiCAD skills
• Typically 3 or more years in commercial architecture
• Team player
• A portfolio of completed fully documented projects
• The desire to take a major career step up on terms of design  involvement, client interface and broadening the scope of work you do.

 
Projects include multi-storey commercial / retail projects, especially inner-city structures is what I am mainly looking for.
 
One company is just branching out in Christchurch, the other two are long-standing and well-respected firms.  One does some residential, the other two less so.  All are design-oriented registered practices
