- Take an active role in providing design services internationally.

The Role:
Working across Auckland and Christchurch, your role will be to provide earl stage conceptual commercial / civic design and professional consultancy input on master planning, commercial and residential design strategies. Typically you would spend your time reviewing project opportunities, working on commercial design, liaising with colleagues on master planning proposals and providing input into urban projects (especially in Christchurch). You will also have the opportunity to travel extensively and work on international projects, with regular trips to offices in the USA, Europe and Asia.
For an Architect looking to step up and make their mark in an autonomous role combined with the support of a leading international player, this is a role that merits further investigation.
You:
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a respected and established Design Architect experienced in liaising with clients and offering strategic input to projects throughout the design lifecycle.
You will also need to be meet the following key criteria:
- You must be a Registered Architect (though not necessarily registered in NZ)
- Typically 10+ years’ experience working on winning concept designs.
- Have an outstanding portfolio of winning commercial designs
- Experience / knowledge of high level presentation including perhaps
